My per-hour rates are very reasonable and I maintain a rather liberal billing policy. I provide Microsoft® IIS and Linux® web hosting for as little as $8.95 per month. I provide unique, completely custom "starter" websites for as low as $200 and basic e-commerce applications starting at $400.

In most cases, I build all of my own applications, databases, animations and graphics in their entirety (you will be notified in advance if I will be using any third-party solutions to develop your application). I plan and develop all of my own programming code. I guarantee that every e-business application and website built by me will meet all World-Wide-Web Consortium (W3C) standards and be 100% error-free. Plus, since I build everything myself, once I'm paid in full I am able to transfer 100% ownership of everything I have created over to you. No one, not me or any third-party retains any legal rights whatsoever.

If finances are tight, yet you really need a powerful web presence and/or e-commerce solution, I am highly skilled in the setup, development, customization, integration and management of WordPress® and Joomla®. I will work with you to create a professional, feature-rich web site, weblog (blog) or e-commerce application using one, or both, of these powerful third-party open-source web solutions. I can also provide stable hosting of your new WordPress® or Joomla® web app on my secure Linux® web server for $8.95 per month. I can customize any pre-built WordPress® or Joomla® "theme", or I can create a unique, completely custom WordPress® or Joomla® theme to meet your exact specifications. I also provide support and individual or group training for WordPress® and Joomla®.

Additionally, if your business is located within East-Central Missouri or extreme-West-Central Illinois, roughly between Jefferson City, Missouri, through Belleville, Illinois, I may be available to provide professional Windows PC and small network (2-25 connections) repair and maintenance services at reasonable rates.
